Cooked Cubed Chicken???
So, if a recipe calls for "cooked cubed chicken" how would you cook it? What do you think is the best way?
Thanks!

Re: Cooked Cubed Chicken???
I would probably do chicken breasts, cook them and then cube them up. Seems the easiest to me. But sometimes, if they need to be raw to be cooked in cubes for the recipe than I would just take tenderloins and cut them into semi-cubes and cook them like that.

Sometimes I cheat and buy a cooked rotisserie chicken from the supermarket.
