Can I freeze cooked(fried) chicken cutlets
To eat within a week or 2?? I have a giant package and want to cook them tonight...but then we cant eat meat tomorrow or Friday (lent) and it's just me and DH eating them so I was wondering if I can freeze them once they are made.
If so, how do I defrost them?
I already thawed the entire package so I don't think I should refreeze the raw chicken.

Yes, you can def. freeze once they are made. Defrost in the fridge about 12 hrs if they are thin. Overnight if they are thicker. I would then eat them cold, since I have found that they dry out easily if you reheat.

Yes you can freeze them. I defrost everything for 12-24 hours (like if I know I am having it for dinner the next day, I take it out the night before or if i forget early in the morning). Then I also microwave it.
