cooked my first big meal since DS was born
my version of lasagne with eggplant, ricota/spinach, mushroom/rosemary bechamel, sauteed meatloaf mix, and mozzarella layers all with fresh pasta layers and homemade sauce
DH took care of DS during all of this... now we'll be able to eat well for days
