Cookie decorating tools
If you make cookies (like the ones with royal icing and fondant) what tools do you use? Trying to think of stuff to ask for Christmas

Re: Cookie decorating tools
For cookies with royal icing, the things you need most are a good set of tips/couplers, a box of disposable piping bags, some color gels and some stackable cooling racks. You can always ask for the nice reusable piping bags but I HATE cleaning them out, they always feel greasy inside no matter how much washing I do. So disposable is just easier. For cookies with fondant, wilton sells a nice fondant tool kit. This is for cutting and shaping the fondant. They also have a mini fondant roller that is perfect for rolling smaller pieces of fondant. There are also design presses for fondant that give it that textured look. Those are so easy to use and look really nice. I don't usually use fondant on my cookies though since I'm not a big fan of it and I find it to be a little too much. Some people love it, though! We did some Mario cookies with fondant for a friend's son's birthday and the kids looooooved them.
