Did you exercise while you were pregnant? yes
How long was labor for you in total?
From time water broke to baby, 37 hours, 31 hours of contractions
For how long did you push? 20 - 30 mins

exercising would not have shortened my 5 hours of pushing. my initial 12 hours of dilation and effacing might have been shortened, but i wouldn't have cared about that because with the epidural it was a breeze.
DS's cord was too short and he couldn't descend the birth canal without the use of the vacuum. my doc thought i'd have him out in 5 minutes--there was no way to know about the cord until he was born.

You know, I agree that exercise doesn't prepare you for labor, not really. Possibly with endurance, and I think it does help you have a healthier pregnancy overall (which might help with labor).
But I have done many different kinds of exercise, and NOTHING resembles pushing, absolutely nothing.

I exercised up until my eight month. I unfortunately had an emergency c-section so don't know about the time had I gone naturally.
I do believe that exercise helps with recovery more than just having a shorter labor. I was literally walking the day of my c-section, after one week, I was pretty much back to normal.
