cost for installing sprinkler system?
I'm sure this varies but I'm looking for a ballpark here. For those that have recently put sprinklers in, how much did it cost?
I was given a quote a while ago for replacing our current system which is old but the price sounded too low - so I am curious what the avg is. Our property is about 60x100. I think we have 4 zones.

Hmmm, guestimate here, I think it could cost about 6000.
We had two zones added to ours and that cost about 1000.
ETA - I am probably wrong if others got actual quotes.

When we received estimates last year, the highest quote was about 3000. Most were in the range of 2000-2500 for a 5 zone system (100*110 lot).

Teri, we just replaced ours and our guy charged approx. $500 a zone.

I think I paid a little over $1100 because we got the black flow installed also, to make it legal. I think I got 6 zones put in.
