How would it cost to install a small scale inground pool?

Re: Cost of inground pool?
Probably 15-20K for the pool, filter etc.. It starts getting really expensive when you add in the brick work, and landscaping. Then you're talking closer to $40-50K.
BTW, the size of the pool really doesn't affect the price much.

Re: Cost of inground pool?
We looked into it about 5 years ago and average was like $20-25k.
We couldn't do it!

Was this with the brick work included?

No this was just the pool. This included the salt water filter system, heater, pool cleaning thing. Also we got a few shear descents into the pool which was like $2k. We had to pay seperate for the plumber to hook up the gas heater and the electrician too. Ithink this was another $1500. That is because they had to run the gas line far so that drives up the cost. This is a very big pool though because we have a really big yard, so you can definitely do it for less. Plus all the bells and whistles def drive the price up. We got a few estimates from well known pool places and they were all within the same range. Then we went back to the guy we really wanted to use and he met the lowest price.

We converted to a salt system last year and you are going to LOVE it!! We only needed to add half a bag of salt once and then again when we closed it. Our poll is the same size except it is a kidney shape.
