Cost of IUI at different Long Island practices

Hello.

I am a patient of RSofNY and Dr. Sung. She wants to start with an IUI with injectibles. My insurance does not cover anything. The self-pay package cost is $2250.

Would anyone be willing to share with me how much a self-pay IUI with injectibles package is with their doctor? What doctor do you see?

I want to "shop around". I realize this sounds horrible but times are tough and my husband and I are just trying to figure out what we're in for.

the cost of every procedure is different with different drs.

Here is the description of the 2 different IUI packages LI IVF offers


IUI
CLOMID IUI CASE-RATE
If you do not have insurance or have insurance but lack coverage for Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) and are concerned about the cost of this procedure, Long Island IVF has developed a Clomid IUI Case Rate. This Case Rate includes the procedures in your Clomid IUI treatment plan specifically for you. Eligibility for this Case Rate is determined when our financial counselor verifies benefits with your insurance plan and it is determined that you do not have IUI coverage for the services included in the Case Rate.

The $1,200 Case Rate includes the following services:
Endocrine testing
Ultrasound monitoring
Cycle monitoring
Semen analysis
Intrauterine insemination
Sperm preparation
The cost of drugs is not included in the IUI Case Rate.

No prob... my RE billed $1600 for my IUI... it took $430 off my 10k lifetime for Infertility..

ETA: i dont know if the $$ is different for self pay or not...

For a MONITORED UNMEDICATED IUI we paid $800.
