Cost question? Siding a house
I know some of you have done this recently, I am just wondering ballpark, what it will cost to reside the house with Vinyl siding? (not my fav. but the most affordable.)

We got a similar qoute for a colonial.
What are the other types of siding besides vinyl?

I think ours was about $4000. I have a 3 bedroom ranch.

DH's parents paid close to $10000 for siding and 4 new windows for their Levitt cape.

It really depends on the type of house and material used. For your average ranch, hi range, colonial or cape I would say between 4-7k.
