Cost to finish basement
I realize it can REALLY vary based what you do, but I want to start budgeting to finish our unfinished basement. It's ~1000 sq ft and is completely barebones. I'd need waterproofing, floor level, more lighting, possible heat/ac, walls, flooring, etc. Plus, we'd like to add a bathroom. Can you provide the details of what they had done and what it cost? TIA
