Cough question
My son went to the dr last thurs because he had a cough. The dr said his lungs were clear. It has def. gotten worse. When should you bring them back?

Does he get worse after the bottle? DS had this before and his lungs were fine but he got congested from the milk clogging his "ducts." I started giving him water after the bottle (just a few sips) and sleeping with the cool mist humidifier and it went away. I wanted to kill the doctor because he kept saying the baby was fine and the cough persisted until I tried this. HTH!

bring him back....my ds was sick for a week with a cold and cough and the doctor said everything was clear.
A week later still coughing and suddenly wheezing he had bronchiolitis. Def worth bringing him back.

how bad was it? was it a constant cough? or did it just sound bad?
it was a little bit of both he was coughing on and off all day and would have cough attacks at night. It sounded pretty bad too and led to wheezing....
I didn't think much of it bc his nose was running clear but he just wasn't getting better and the wheezing scared the crap out of me, like he was struggling to breathe.
