Cough, sneeze, pee
Yeah, so funky symptom of the week is that I now apparently have NO bladder control and I pee myself whenever I strain those muscles by coughing or sneezing or even laughing hard! We're working on like 3 pairs of underware a day now...
Yes, I do my keegles.....
Anyone else ready to wear diapers themselves??
