Could I have an infection?
Thinking about calling the RE in the am but wanted opinions....
Last month I had a horrible water sono- so painful, catheter kept sliding in and out and my cervix was clipped. My body has not been the same since. Had horrible bleeding after- gross clumpy stuff and then got a yeast infection. I was on doxycycline. Since then I had a weird AF- flow was a bit different. Went in for sono and I have a ovarian cyst on my RT side and my LT ovary is enlarged. I don't know what's going on. My discharge is GROSS today... Like EWCM sticky brown X1000 Then today it was bright red blood a few times when I wiped and now nothing. I'm kind of worried! No pain except for a random cramp here and there and some weight gain from pigging out like crazy lately. No fever or smell. Could this be an infection? I'm so grossed out with all of this!

I would call OB/RE (whichever you honestly are more comfortable with). Try to be seen, you might just still have remnants of the infection).

Sounds like old blood to me. The antibiotic should've knocked any infection out. If you don't have pain, I don't think anything is wrong, but if you're worried, might as well call your RE for PoM.

When it comes to infections, NEVER assume that if you are still feeling ill that the infection was knocked out - NEVER assume that. I can't tell you how often THIS happens - both for yeast, UTI, sinus, basically ANY infection.
I'm not so much concerned about the blood as I am about the fact that you said that you had an infection and that you are still feeling symptoms of it.
