my lmp was May 7 as well and we o'd on either May 31 or June 1 and right now I am 7w3d. At least that is what the doctor thinks.
I go for my first full appointment on Tuesday and I will know better.
It sounds to me like you should be about 8weeks alone- a week ahead of me..
But I wouldnt give up yet- after reading all these posts it seems like maybe the posters are right- you could have a small grower..
Stick with your instinct!

I had low HCG levels at the beginning of both of my pregnancies. Both times I was told to be only "cautiously optimistic".
This time around, when I went for the first visit and sono, the dr said I should have been over 6 wks along based on LMP. However, the sono showed just a sac, no heartbeat, and measured at only 5 weeks. I told the dr that I had been charting my temps and it seemed that I ovulated very late in my cycle (like on day 23 or 24!!!) and based on that date, 5 wks was plausible. The dr just told me we'd have to wait ten days for a repeat sono. Meanwhile they did repeat bloodwork and my levels were rising normally.
I went back 10 days later and there was a heartbeat! Also the measurements were consistent with the very late date of ovulation I had suspected based on my temp chart. So you never know what's happening in there, we are praying for you!!!

Im praying for you and your family. I agree with everyone. Wait it out and don't jump right to a d&C. Doctors have been wrong before!!! I concieved on the same day may 24th and that would make me 8w2d today. DONT GIVE UP HOPE. Im keeping you in my thoughths and on top of my prayer list.

This same thing has happened to alot of women on this board- then they went off to have healthy pregnancies & delivered beautiful healthy babies. You may just be a late implanter. I really hope everything works out for you. I am so sorry you have to go through this.

Thank you so much everyone. All the stories here have been so inspiring. We are trying to stay positive and this had definitely brought DH and I even closer than we were before....
I just hate being in limbo like this but I'll take it instead of being out.
We rented a bunch of funny upbeat movies this weekend and watched those to try to keep our spirits up.
