"Country Club Attire" for wedding in FL
It's at a Ritz Carlton...I don't think it's on the beach. It's next Saturday. What would you wear?

I'd probably wear a navy dress I have... with a fun colored scarf/wrap ![Chat Icon](c/1.gif)

Probably a cocktail dress, just to be on the safe side.
Is it during the day?
I'm not sure if "Country Club attire" is supposed to be a hint for the slobs to dress up or the fancy dressers to dress down. This is what Speigel suggests for a country club wedding

I'm not sure if "Country CLub attire" is supposed to be a hint for the slobs to dress up or the fancy dressers to dress down. I know..."Country Club attire" is so confusing! I'll definitely wear a dress...but I'm wondering if something like a silk DVF wrap dress that I have in teal (with matching sparkly Kate Spade strappy heels) is appropriate....bc it's the beach I picture color instead of a black dress. The ceremony is at 5:30...

I think that would be fine. I meant cocktail derss instead of evening dress, but that I woldnt' go super casual (like a skirt & sweater)
I think I a day dress (like you'd wear to work or a shower) would be ok, but I'd probably go a little dressier, and I think silk would fit that description.
