country kitchen or no formal dining room?
Does anyone have any pictures of a large open country kitchen that is used as your eat in kitchen and dining room??
we are knocking down the wall between the kitchen and dining room and I'm just trying to get some ideas

We had this when we lived in NY...here's the only pic I could find before we put a cut-in in the wall between the DR and kitchen (Wall on far right). Ther was no eat-in space in the kitchen. Image Attachment(s):

Re: country kitchen or no formal dining room?
My folks' house has this and when they first bought the home, my mom was upset about losing a FDR -- now she can't imagine not having such a big table in her kitchen.
I'll see if I can get pics (without family in them) - LOL.

Re: country kitchen or no formal dining room?
We took our wall down and love it...When we were trying to sell, we did hear some complaints about not having a formal DR
We now have a rectangle table though.
from kitchen into DR
from DR into kitchen
