Cozy Coupe Parts issue-*update* Great news!
We were putting together the cozy coupe tonight, a part of the wheel is missing. My mom bought the girls these cars for Christmas, and I ordered them on Amazon.
DH was looking it up on their website, and it looks like you have to order a parts "kit". it costs like $35! Sooooooo not ordering this.
Has anyone had issues with their stuff? Has anyone ever contacted their customer service? How are they?

I got a whole bag of parts for free from them 2 years ago. I contacted them via email and told them I was having an issue with a part and they asked for my address and sent me a whole package of parts.. I would call them directly or email them..

I would contact Amazon and explain what happened. They have awesome customer service. Given that so much time has passed I don't think they are obligated to do anything but they might since they are usually so helpful. Worth a shot.

just fight it with amazon. tel them the company told you you had to return it back to the place you purchased it from.
my parents got dd one from amazon and things werent right with that one either. I ended up returning and reordering it from yoyo.com it was a lot cheaper with the codes.
I also returned a camera to amazon way after I bought it because it was defective. I didnt even have a box or anything. if you do the online chat its pretty easy.

So I called Little Tykes as soon as I was able to, and they're sending me a wole bag of parts + extras for free, sine it was missing.
They did take down all of the info on the car, the invoice # from AmaZon etc.
I am so so happy. Consider it another "vendor rave" LOL
