CPSE meeting too late to stay with EI
I got the letter in the mail yesterday and my service cooridinator called me and told me it is too late for him to be able to stay with EI. It is scheduled for 2 days after his birthday. I called the school district today and have been battling with them to get a meeting for Monday.. They said it was my fault because I took too long to get the paperwork in.. It took forever to fill it out and unfortunately I am the primary caregiver not only to my son, but also the 3 other people who live in my house.. I tried my best to get it in and I even hand delivered it to the special ed office... My son can't afford to lose anytime with his therapy...

Wouldn't he still get services through the district?

If he qualifies, yes, but there would still be a delay... He needs to stay in this routine. He thrives on it..
Update: I was able to change the meeting to Monday..
