Cramping
Hi- I have been having some light cramping every so often in my lower abdomen.. I am 16 weeks.. Is this normal? I don't have bleeding or anything.. Thanks!

Any cramping I felt at that point was just stretching. Baby is growing and needs some more space! I usually felt it at night the worst and I would wake up and had significant belly growth the next day. I would just be sure it stays light, and doesn't become painful...then I would contact the doctor.

I would feel it more if i was dehydrated so make sure you are drinking tons of water daily too

Normal, Call the doctor if you have any bleeding or if it gets really bad
