Re: crate training question
I will say one thing.. EVERY time you take that pup out of the cage put him on the wee wee pad or take him out.. Carry him to both places.. Dont let him off until he makes..And let him out or take him to thewee wee pad every 2-3 hours the first week.. Never punish your dog by sending him to the crate.. Its his sanctuary you want him to like it not be afraid of it.. be very careful what toy's you leave in there alone..never leave a bone in there w/him alone. During the night wake up every 4 hours to take tim out.. There bladder is so small at 8 weeks so for the first week do this then do it every 5 hours then up it 1 hour hour every week.. This dog will be trained in no time... Good luck with your new baby.. What kind of pup?

Re: crate training question
Do a search on here, there is a ton of info you will find. When I first got my puppy I asked and got some great advice.
The biggest and most important thing I learned is be consistent. A puppy is so much work, but if you do the right thing at a young age, it gets so much easier.
