CREAMY CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
I made this on Sunday. It was very easy to make and tasted so yummy. I served it with brown rice.
Another recipe I found on pinterest 
3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of mayo
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup colby & monterrey jack cheese
1 bag frozen broccoli,thawed and chopped
salt & pepper to taste
Cook chicken & shred.
mix all ingredients together.
Transfer mixture to a lightly greased 2 qt. casserole dish & heat oven to 375.
Cook for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

looks good, but heavy. i wonder how gina would "skinny" it up??

DH's aunt makes this and now so do I, we both put the rice right into the casserole with the chicken and broccoli it's soooo good.

looks good, but heavy. i wonder how gina would "skinny" it up??
the only thing i could not substitute was the soup. other than that i used reduced fat mayo and cheese
