Crock Pot Question
I often use my crockpot during the weekends because I can prep in the morning and let it cook all day. I'd really like to use it during the work week but I have to leave for work @7am which makes prepping impossible.
Can I put everything in the pot the night before and then just throw it on in the morning? I didn't know if it would be ok to have everything sitting for that long.
What do you do?

Hey J!
You can prep everything at night and then throw it all into the fridge and then transfer it to the crockpot in the morning. I usually throw everything into airtight containers

I agree with this. I would not leave everything out of the fridge over night.
