Crockpot cooking time question
If a recipe says to cook on low 4-6 hours but my crockpot low is 8 or 10 hours and high is 4-6 hours, which setting would I put it on???

No 4. High is either 4 or 6 hours. Low is either 8 or 10 hours.

Put it on low and time it with a timer...if you won't be home to turn it off, put it on low for 8, should be fine.
