Crockpot jelly meatballs
I made these but instead of using jelly and chili sauce, I just bought Franks Sweet Chili Sauce and just put that in the crockpot with the frozen meatballs. They were delicious!

Re: Crockpot jelly meatballs
Honestly, I just throw equal parts Heinz chili sauce (or generic brand), near the ketchup, and concord grape jelly in the crock pot with frozen cocktail meatballs and have it on low for at least 3-4 hours (can go longer as needed). Just occasionally stir it to make sure sauce is combined and it heats through evenly, and that's it!
I am a big "make it from scratch" person, but I find the frozen meatballs hold up a lot better in the crockpot and you don't want a strongly flavored meatball for this anyone. I usually use Cooked Perfect brand (in the frozen section, orange, white, and green bag), the 64 count Swedish meatballs. And then 12 oz each of the chili sauce and jelly. If I scale up the recipe, or if you want it saucier, you can do more, but I find it makes more than enough sauce to coat the meatballs.

I won't eat frozen meatballs so I make a batch of homemade mini meatballs and then throw them in a crock pot with a bottle of Heinz chili sauce and a can of cranberry sauce, and lots of black pepper. Delicious!!!!!! People can't stop eating them.

This sounds good! Do you cook the meatballs before you put them in the crockpot?

Yes, I do.
ETA - It's enough sauce for 2lbs of meatballs.

Re: Crockpot jelly meatballs
Thanks everyone. I did the Heinz chili sauce, grape jelly and the Swedish meatballs from stop and shop. Cooked on High for about 3.5 hours. They were great!
