Re: Cruise while Pregnant
I think that cruise lines say you can not cruise after 24 weeks. Someone just got back from a Babymoon and posted about their cruise. You might want to look that up.

Re: Cruise while Pregnant
I did a 7 day cruise when I was 13w & did well with the exception of 1 day. It was a bit rough & I wound up very seasick & spent the entire day in our cabin. It was the only time I've ever gotten sick on a boat or a cruise (it was my 5th) so I kind of think the pg had something to do with it. I'll be honest, I was miserable, but thankfully felt 100% fine the next day.

Re: Cruise while Pregnant
I cruise in sept at about 20 weeks and I had a wonderful time. Also check with the company you are cruising with because most have restrictions on how far long in the pregnancy they will allow you to cruise. I had to have a note from my doctor stating how far along I would be by the end of the cruise.

Just returned from my babymoon cruise. I went in my 23rd week. You can't cruise after 24 weeks and I provided documentation of my edd, but was never questioned about it. I def was the most preg one on the cruise though. Felt special
I felt great and think it was the best choice for a preg lady who can't keep her hands off of food This was cruise #6 for me and I always take bonine every day of the cruise to stabilize me (prone to sea/car sick bc of an inner ear imbalance) I did the same this time and it's safe to use. I didn't get sick at all and we def had some rough seas for the first couple days! Just be extra careful walking around the ship- hold onto railings, watch for wet floors etc
I'd do it again in a heartbeat! We had such a relaxing time and it was a perfect vacation!!

Re: Cruise while Pregnant
Crashing here.. I went on a cruise at 12-13wks pregnant and I was FINE!! I brought along some anti nausea meds just in case but I never ended up needing it. I know everyone's situation is different, but that's how it was for me anyway... I also had a very easy first trimester in general. I wonder if that makes a difference.
ETA: It actually never dawned on me to tell the cruise line I was pregnant. .. It wasn't a problem though... I just knew they wouldn't let me if I was beyond 24wks, which I was not.
