Curling wand recommendation
I want to buy one and not sure what is a good one or if spending more even matters. Just looking for a recommendation

Re: Curling wand recommendation
I just got the bed head curli pops and I'm addicted! I have nothing to compare to because I've never used one but I love it and it's cheap!

Re: Curling wand recommendation
not a specific brand because I have a lot of curling wands and they honestly all work the same to me.. but I would recommend getting one that has interchangeable barrels of different shapes and sizes..I think that's the most bang for your buck..
I think the only brand I have not tried is NUME but they really hype them up on instagram and youtube and they always seem to have a coupon going to get them really cheap...

Thanks so much! Where did you get your's? It got good reviews.
Also, what is the difference in look of curl with the straight wand versus the wand that is tapered toward the end?

I got mine in Amazon. Honestly, I don't know the difference. I have the orange handle one...may be tapered a little but not sure and not a huge difference if it is. I have thin hair and use it more for a beach you look rather than hard curls. I put only a few curls on each side and a few in the back and fluff it out. It is so quick and so easy. I DID have to watch a tutorial because at first it was awkward for me bur it helped.

I have two cheapie conair ones- one is tapered, one is not. The tapered one is much thinner and the straight one is quite thick- does more waves than curls. But I see no difference with the tapered or not wands, just the difference in size.
