i actually bought the solia from folica.com it works ok until i tried the maxiglide, which works great on me, the flat iron really just flattens everything unlike the maxiglide which has the pins in it. does the chi have pins in it?

I am such a sucker!! BUt I had almost $300 in my Pay Pal account from items I sold, so I used that $ to pay for it and I dont feel toooo bad. I will NOT, however, be telling DH how much it cost me!

It Will .. it has three levels of heat the hottest which is 365 would be perfect for your hair

If yuo hate it SELL it on Ebay again!!
Wow $85! what size is it though? because the 2" was more $ than the 1" and I needed the 2" with my thick hair.

hmmmmmmm, I do not know. I too have very think hair that frizzes to hell in humidity. Now I blow dry and run it through and throw in some products and good for days!!!!
