When you find out the sex of the baby you have the sono tech/dr write it down on a piece of paper. You give it to the bakery and make sure they dont tell you what the paper says and according to the sex of the baby they will either make a cake for you with either a pink or blue filling. So when you cut into it you will know the sex of the baby. I totally love this idea. 
That is sooo cute. I never heard of it! Now I want a gender reveal cake!!!!!!!
