anyone have experience or advice?
new gets 1 yr warranty
refurb gets 90 days

I would do new. I bought a used lens when my last one got dropped and broken. It lasted less than a year and I had to get a NEW lens again!

I'd get a new. They are so much cheaper now than before, and i would want the security of the warranty.
