dairy, fruits,veggies and meat oh my!
i was told to feed my 7 month old no more than 3x daily. but how do i fit this all in im waaay confused how do you guys do it/! oh yea and oatmeal tooo yikes!!!!!!

We give James (almost 6 months) oatmeal with fruit in the morning, a veggie/meat combo for lunch and oatmeal and fruit again in the evening. This is what our ped told us to do...

You can mix in one meal. For example dinner mix together a meat and a veggie! For lunch you can do a meat/fruit combo or even a veggie/fruit combo.

we do a (yoBaby- not jarred) yogurt and cereal in the morning
fruit in the afternoon
veggie or veggie/meat combo in the evening
and 5 bottles.
we learned that we can't do fruit at night because he wakes himself up with a poop diaper at 6am. (He normally sleeps til 8/9ish)
