I dont think I have 
but I did get up and tell a funny gay joke at a gay bar on South Beach and they looooved it (dont ask me what the joke was, I can barely remember what I had for breakfast today

the last time was about 2 years ago at a local bar here
ive stood on bars in my lifetime more times than i can count!
also the cages etc.
i really loved that stuff! its such a rush and so fun! but my rule is i never go up alone- only if my friend(s) join me
