Day 9 Stepped up the EA active to moderate intensity today, it was more challenging but it didnt completely kick my butt. The inline skating and I though, we are going to have it out really soon, LOL. In addition, I did some floor exercises, some 5lb weights and the ab ball.
As for WW - NOT a good day. It was my nephews 1st birthday party and I went WAY over, I literally used like half of my flex points for the week today. Im having guilt about it bc I shouldve used more self control and made better choices today. But its a learning process, so we shall see. I hope it doesnt screw up my weigh in this week.
As for not smoking - ONE WEEK!
Day 10 Tuesday was my rest day and last night I was EXHAUSTED. I fell asleep on the couch but begrudgingly got myself up and worked out instead of heading into bed like I really wanted too....it sucked, LOL.
But I up'd the EA Active to High intensity, there were a few times, I thought I might die.....but I made it through it. It was 16 exercises, took about 35mins and I burned about 160 calories. Then I did the ab ball, 5lb weights and some floor exercises as usual.
As for WW, being good with my points, I was under 1pt yesterday, even after my night snack. Im weighing myself WAY too often, instead of just on my weigh in day and the scale hasnt budged....even an ounce in a week....which is really frustrating bc Im doing everything right.
As for not smoking - I am 11 days cigarette free, yesterday a few times, I thought it was going to be the day I caved....yesterday for some reason, was really hard.
