Daycare - diaper rash
Does your daycare have any rules about bad diaper rash? I know my daycare has a rule if they have diarrhea for more than 24 hours they can't come in until they are better but my DS has a bad rash - no diarrhea but he is teething. He has these blistery like pimples on each butt cheek towards where the lining of the diaper touches. The only thing I can think of is when he was wearing his Halloween costume on Friday for his daycare parade, I had a onesie on underneath and the costume may have touched that area. I sent him to daycare today praying that they won't call me! No fever or anything though. Anyone's daycare have rules about diaper rash? The only other thing it may have been is a yeast rash which he had once before and I have the Nystatin cream for...

Diaper Rashes are fine.
I usually alert them to it & they change her more often and apply more cream.

Re: Daycare - diaper rash
At Abby's day care they need a separate slip filled out by the parent to apply any over the counter creams or ointments. Not sure if this is law or their policy.
