do you put diaper rash cream on at every diaper change?

i put it on only after poopie diapers, but should i be doing it for every diaper??? I just rub it on a small bit of his toosh..is that enough?

I only put it on when dd has a rash...and it is usually gone within a day

I been putting triple paste on DD after every diaper change, she has a diaper rash right now.

I had been putting destini on after every diaper change before diaper rash. I didnt know you didnt have too. Could that have caused the diaper rash?

i don't know if it coul;d have caused it or not. Do you use powder?

i put A&D ointment at every diaper change. ped said not to put anything stronger if he doesnt need it.

No. I know his teacher does at daycare. He was more sensitive when he was just a few weeks old. He is better now but they change him at least every 2 hours at daycare.

I only put Aveeno cream on her if she has a poopie diaper & usually only a little bit. I figure the less on her the better. Thankfully she hasn't had a rash yet

I just put A&D on if he is looking a little red...and sometimes at night.

When he has likt 5 poop diapers in a day I use Butt Paste.

I never use it, never had a rash.

His bum was red twice because of allergies, I just aired him out and it was gone.

I only use Butt Paste if DS has a rash. When he doesn't I go with the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality.

A&D everytime and hardly any diaper rashes.

I don't use anything (as per my Ped's recommendation). Never have had a diaper rash.

Only if she's red or has a rash. At night I'll use Aquaphor because she sits in her diaper for 12 hours.

I do
