daycare moms - how do you keep DC on a schedule?
we worked so hard to get jonah on a napping schedule and it was actually working so well... until he started day care this past week. he only 2 days a week - the first day he slept well, but the second day he slept 25 minutes the whole day. that night he was overtired and had a restless night of sleep.
i have no idea how to avoid this? any suggestions?

It may take DC a few weeks to get used to everything changing, so don't worry. I would recommend matching your home napping schedule to what they do in daycare, or vice versa. Changing the schedule day to day probably won't work unless you have a very flexible baby who is an easy napper (mine wasn't!!).

Daycare has their schedule and home has our own schedule. Stick to both schedules and you will be fine.

We try to stick to the day care schedule as close as possible. DD is a routine kid- change her routine and she is a nightmare.
