DD has itchy eyes...never had allergies before...not sure how to help her?

DD has itchy eyes...never had allergies before...not sure how to help her?
She has had itchy eyes since yesterday when she was playing outside and picking flowers. She has eczema regularly, but nothing else that could be deemed allergy-related. We put cucumber slices on our eyes, but they fell down and the dog ate them 
Any advice?

warm facecloth has always helped me when it's bad....
zyrtec does make eye drops - but not sure what age range they are.

I was going to suggest a little Zyrtec.
My ped suggested it for Bella last year.
ETA - the liquid medicine for kids

Washcloth or visine natural tear drops should help.
