Dealing with the stress
I feel like I'm asking rapid fire questions today.....
I got my BFP a little over a month ago and I have been utterly terrified ever since. Not of pregnancy but of miscarrying. I feel like every time I get good news and start to relax something else happens. I'm high strung to begin with so this has just been torture for me. It took us a while to conceive and I just feel like it's too good to be true and I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Any advice/tips?

Dealing with the stress
Just try to be positive. Try to enjoy your pregnancy. Anxiety and stress arent good for either you or the baby.

Re: Dealing with the stress
I completely understand where your coming from. DH and I took 2 years plus fertility treatments to conceive and I felt the same exact way as you. I'm currently 31 weeks. Theres no words that could make you feel any better but you Just have to have faith that everything will be fine. Even at 31 weeks I still stress, you will always find something to stress about and that's just the reality of it. As your pregnancy progresses you do learn how to enjoy it and leave some of those concerns behind but until we hold these beautiful babies we will always worry. Good luck to you and try to enjoy this time especially because you worked so hard to get here!

Dealing with the stress
Totally have been there when pregnant with #1. Took 2.5 years to even get a BFP so I was nervous about every little twinge or lack thereof that I felt. Every time I'd use the bathroom, I'd be nervous to wipe and see blood. It was rough! Once the baby started moving, it got so much better. Try to hang in there! It'll get easier. Just think of it as preparing for the stress and worry that comes with being a parent!
