Dear Obnoxious car service driver, or whoever picks my neighbor up EVERY morning
Some people like to SLEEP in the morning, or least get ready without a headache. If the person you're driving doesn't come out the first 15 times you tap out "Shave and a haircut" on your horn, I think it's time to ring the doorbell or phone.

Do we live on the same block? Does this start at 5am? Or there is always the taxi cab driver that comes by at least twice a week at 4am to pick up the azz from across the street.

The next time it happens, find out what car service he is with and call them! It will be worth getting out of bed that one time to find out who he is with. Either that or ask your neighbor (and explain the problem). The car service I use has never honked for me. I'd call the service immediately if they ever did.

That's so rude!!! I travel up to NY a lot now, and my car service would never honk for me. They give me a call and I come out. That is extremely unprofessional and a horrible noise to wake up to!!
