defrosting question- please help!

defrosting question- please help!
i pulled out chicken cutlets from the freezer 2 days ago. theyve been sitting in the fridge ever since.
we're not going to eat dinner home tonight, and then we're going away tomorrow.
can i stick the chicken back in the freezer?

The rule I go by is this, if its frozen and defrosted you can't freeze it again. If it is frozen, defrosted, and then cooked, you can indeed freeze it again.
