DESPERATE for sleep advice
I'm losing my sanity over here. Let me preface this by saing DD #1 was sleeping 10 hours by 9 weeks or so, and napping nicely too. SO i dont know how much of this is normal baby and how much is rotten sleeper- but- DS is 4.5 months. he's never been a great sleeper, but we were at a point of getting 8-9 hours, and 1-2 hour naps. he's been regressing ever since 3 months or so. since then, hes been up every 3 hours, but ok, i can live with that. tha past week or so- hes been up every hour fussing, literally. and naps have been 30-45 minutes. getting him to sleep at night is an ordeal. i put him down, he fusses, so on. now, i know what a major part of the problem is- hes a paci sleeper, wakes when it falls out, unless hes in a deep sleep. in the early part of the night- 7=9 or so, it can be fussing every 20 minutes I try to put him down for a nap afte rabout 90 minutes of wakiing, and hes down for the night betwen 6:45 and 7. He has reflux, so i am reluctant to cio at this point. i am going to call ped tomorrow about meds- we werent medicating till now, but for the past week or so, seems uncomfortable- fussing when eating, so on. but the sleep issues go beyond the reflux, i'm pretty sure. advice?
ETA- he will sleep in the swing at night, for hte past 2 nights we've been doing that, but i dont want to make a habit of this. or jsut let him sleep in swing?

Re: DESPERATE for sleep advice
I let my kids sleep in their bouncies until 5 months. They transitioned with 1 or 2 nights of trouble. I did that first because D had reflux, then cause they had RSV at 3 months
