DH - Low Levels of Testosterone
Dh went to the doctor and had bloodwork done for his annual checkup.
He told the doctor that his sex drive is minimal (I posted on here a few months ago about this) and that he hardly has the desire to even masterbate - sorry for the tmi.
The doctor discovered that dh is producing extremely low levels of testosterone, and rec'd that he see a urologist.
Dh and I plan to TTC next month, and I'm scared that his low level of testosterone will effect our chances of conceiving. Even worse, I'm afraid that it will cause problems for our baby if we do conceive.
Has anyone's dh even been through this? Is there any hope of conception/having a healthy baby with a dh with low levels of testosterone?
Any advice would be great...

hmmm my dh had a low level of 160 when it is supposed to be 200 but the urologist said it was something she would just watch every 6 months. i hope you find a good dr for him and things work out for you!

Re: DH - Low Levels of Testosterone
This haoppened to someone I know-they have 3 children....
His Dr believed it was from eating large amounts of red meat--hormones in the meat and all. I would look into some natural ways to combat this..GL
