DH and I finally signed a contract last night
We are overnighting them back to our lawyer this morning. Hopefully, the seller will sign quickly (they are in Florida). Here are some pics of the house.

Thanks ladies, we are so excited and nervous! They are leaving the TV in the basement. We looked at this house when it 1st came on the market and it was listed at $525,00 so I feel like we got a great deal. Some more evidence that the market is heading towards buyers.
