Hormonal changes can especially trigger new allergies I believe . . .

Re: Did anybody suddenly become allergic to something...

So in terms of deoderant would you go with a different brand or stick with same brand different type?

Re: Did anybody suddenly become allergic to something...

I'd compare labels. I just read this: Neomycin sulfate - a topical antibiotic common in first aid creams and ointments, also found occasionally in cosmetics, deodorant, soap and pet food is a skin irritant.

Maybe you should try almay clear gel, since it's hypoallergenic.

Re: Did anybody suddenly become allergic to something...

When I was younger I suddenly became allergic to fish and almost died. I'm still allergic, so I think, but not real eager to find out.

I recently developed an allergy (or intolerance) for chemicals used on produce. Also I can only eat very well-cooked shellfish.

Re: Did anybody suddenly become allergic to something...

I had a friend who suddenly became allergic to his cat after a cross country move. It was sad, he ended up having to give away his pet, the allergies were so bad and he was heartbroken.

Another friend suddenly developed an allergy to tree nuts and soy in her mid thirties.
