I caught some of it...it had already started; but from what I did see the whole story seems alittle fishy.

Does anyone suspect the half brother james??? after watching the story and i googled some articles said James broke in and robbed a drug dealer right before they left for there trip.......

I actually watched this the other night and was going to post on it b/c it was really interesting. I googled her name and there have been recent articles on her story - recent as in the last couple of days. I totally believe she is guilty and according to the articles, the tide has changed in Australia and most people now believe she is guilty. her father, who has passed from cancer, was a major marijuana dealer. Also, her lawyer just admitted that he was incorrect about the baggage carrier allegations and apologized for it. People are complaining that she also gets special treatment - she was just admitted to a psych hospital for evaluation. There were other new pieces of evidence that tend to show that she and her family were not entirely truthful about the case.
Her lawyer did more than admit that he was incorrect about the baggage carriers. He admitted that they made up that whole part of the story. The half brother was shady and it's very hard to discount the father's past. But still for some reason I'm very torn.

I watched the doucmentary yesterday and it was sad and scary. Based on what I saw, I dont think she deserved to be guillty. The investigation was half @ssed and the evidence was questionable.
Its jsut sad all the way around. My husband was really upset at the outcome.
