May be a hack. Seeing things about the state dept site. Anyone have nfo?

It *ended* in the future? 19:49 is almost 8pm, which is 4.5 hours from now.

There's a rumor that it's a disgruntled employee at the State Dept. who did it. I'll post links when I find actual info.
