So nervous - I am about to call and resign during my maternity leave.
Iam getting a stomach ache thinking about having to do this but I have to. Daycare won't work out for us with my salary.

Good luck to you!!!! It'll be OK, don't worry!!!! I did the same thing, for other reasons, and I was nervous too! They took it great though and I'm still on really good terms with my old boss and the gang there. You're doing what's best for your family, and allowing them to fill your position as soon as they can - it's a win-win!!!!

I just called!! My boss took it great, she totally understood & said she would have done the same.
But I feel like my job was who I was, you know? I'm a little sad about loosing my salary too but DS needs me, we have no other choice.
