For example: he either helps out more now or less then better??
Has your sex life changed??

For us things changed, but not in a bad way.
We'd always split things 50/50 in the house when I worked. Now that I'm a SAHM it mainly falls on me, but DH still tries to help out a lot when he gets home from work since I'm so tired. On the weekends he is the primary care giver for Sarah, so I can get a break and he can have some one on one time with her.

We spend a lot more time at home now. Part of that is circumstance, we don't really have any family who can babysit for us to be able to go out on the weekends. But a lot of it is that we want to be home playing with her, and we enjoy sitting on the couch together and watching a movie.

As far as sex, it did slow down. We've had a lot of family stress this year as well as DH's job is incredibly stressful. But it's not that bad. I got pregnant again when Sarah was 7 months old.

I can't speak for everyone, but for us, it has made us a lot stronger as a couple. I can't really explain why, but it's an amazing feeling to see your SO interacting with your child.
