Did you eat differently the day before your scheduled Glucose test?

I know not to eat anything past midnight but I'm curious as to what you should eat for the day before the actual test.

Someone told me to watch the carb intake even the day before the test because it can take awhile for the body to breakdown that sugar.

Nope, I didn't eat any differently.

With GD, it doesn't matter what you eat. You either have it or you don't.
