Nassau Educators Credit Unioin, Best fixed rate I could find........

We did not use a broker. We went straight to our credit union (NEFCU). If you are able to join one, I highly recommend it. Their interest rates are hard to beat.

We used citibank. No issues and great fixed rate.

Broker and it was so worth it. At the time rates were really low and banks were doing so many ReFi's that it just wasnt worth the wait.

It was worth every penny to us and we would do it again in a heartbeat.
