Different roof question
We have a Florida room extension on our house. For some reason, when it rains, one small spot gets a slow leak. Our friend went on the roof and said it looks ok, but obviously..something is up...can anyone recommend someone to come and take a look? TIA!

my parents have a similar problem...they were told that it's b/c of the steep - water settles too easily?
